The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each equipped with a Queen bed, along with a pullout couch featuring a built-in Sealy mattress that converts into a Full bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

This industrial space is fully equipped for both relaxation and productivity, making it perfect for those working from home. Guests can enjoy the following features:

For a seamless stay, we provide contactless check-in via a smart keypad and 24/7 support. Please note that exterior cameras are in place for guest safety and property protection. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

To maintain the pristine condition of the loft, we enforce the following house rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside (violations will result in odor removal and cleaning fees)
• No parties or events
• Please adhere to the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM

Guests are encouraged to bring their own personal toiletries, ice, favorite coffee/creamers, condiments, and cooking basics. A starter supply of basic essentials (such as toilet paper, hand soap, and a few coffee pods) is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished during the stay. Additional guests beyond four are subject to a fee of $30 per guest per night.
