📜 House Rules: Min. Age to reserve: 23 No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy. Celebrations with registered guests is allowed.🥳 When decorating for celebrations do not tape items to any wallpaper, if you are to hang decorations please use the painters tape provided in kitchen drawer and only tape to the painted walls.

⏰Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.

🚭No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces. Vaping is only permitted outdoors. This is a non-smoking home, indoors and outdoors. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.

📹No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.

Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.

🐾Pet Policy: One (1)Dog is allowed with reservation disclosure. The pet fee is $50 per night, guests will be held responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees, undisclosed pets will be charged retroactively. Cats and other pets are not allowed. 🐶Pet Linens: Pets are not allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own if your pet will be on the bed. Excess pet hair on our linens will incur a $50 fee.

🧻Consumable Amenities: A limited initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trashbags, dishwasher detergent and K-cups are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed, and should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.

🤫Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM daily, per City Ordinance.

🛜Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
