Discover a peaceful escape at our mini-farm retreat, perfectly situated between the charm of downtown Franklin and the rustic allure of Leipers Fork, Tennessee. This inviting getaway offers a unique opportunity to slow down and connect with nature without leaving the comforts of a modern home.

This private apartment is designed for relaxation, featuring one bedroom with one bed and one full bathroom, making it an ideal sanctuary for up to two guests. The interior is well-equipped for a seamless stay, boasting a full kitchen for home-cooked meals, a Keurig and French press for coffee lovers, a Fire TV for entertainment, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

One of the most special aspects of this retreat is the view. From your back window, you can watch our mini highland cows and goats grazing. You are invited to immerse yourself in farm life by gathering fresh chicken eggs from the barn each morning or watching Rosie, our friendly golden retriever, tromping about the property. While the animals are welcoming, please be mindful that the fence surrounding them is electric, though you are welcome to step over it to greet them.

For those seeking wellness, guests have access to a shared gym and sauna located in the warehouse, which is shared with the main house and one other separate apartment unit. The property is exceptionally convenient, located just 7 minutes from both downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork.

As the owners live on the property, we kindly ask that guests respect their privacy. Please note that on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, the warehouse may host a bible study or worship night. While you will have your own dedicated parking space directly in front of your unit and complete privacy inside your apartment, you may notice additional cars in the driveway during these times. To keep the unit pristine, we ask that you please do not let Rosie the golden retriever inside. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Whether you are visiting for the scenery or the serenity, we look forward to hosting you at our little slice of paradise.
