The top floor showcases an additional king bedroom suite alongside the main living spaces.

The gourmet kitchen boasts spacious granite countertops, new GE stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, electric stove, and oven, plus dishwasher, microwave, and fully stocked amenities. The dining area and living room offer sweeping sound views, while multiple decks provide perfect sunset viewing spots.

Pet-friendly for well-behaved adult dogs over 1 year ($250 per dog, non-refundable fee, maximum 2 dogs). Self check-in via keypad at 5:00 PM, checkout at 9:00 AM. Two exterior security cameras monitor parking and street areas for security purposes only. Long-term stays welcome.
