The property is perfectly positioned within easy reach of local highlights, including Black Oak Amp (3 minutes), Dogwood Canyon (15 minutes), and the various Branson Attractions and Silver Dollar City (30 minutes).

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Peak Season (Memorial Day – 3rd Week of August): Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights and must start or end on a Friday.
• September & Thanksgiving Week: Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together; no Saturday check-in or check-out.
• Off-Peak (Mid-September – Mid-May): 2-night weekday stays are permitted.
• Holiday Restrictions: No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
• Note: The pool and in-ground hot tub are closed from October 1st to May 10th. The above-ground hot tub remains available year-round. This home does not have a working elevator.
• Events: Weddings and events require prior approval and a minimum $10,000 surcharge.
