The outdoor private pool is available to be heated year-round for $250 per day and is required for the full stay, with March through October being the standard heating season. Heating can also be requested outside of these months for the same daily fee. Please note that when temperatures drop below 40°F and remain there for an extended period, we cannot guarantee that the pool will reach or maintain a temperature of 82°F, even with the heater running. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival is required to add pool heating.

Early Arrival & Late Departure Policy Early arrivals and late departures are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and cleaning schedules. • Approved early arrivals or late departures will incur an additional fee ranging from $50–$100 per hour, depending on the size of the property and the requested time. • Early arrivals prior to 12:00 PM (noon) will require the purchase of an additional night. • Late departures after 2:00 PM will also require the purchase of an additional night. All requests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may result in additional charges.

Left-Behind Items Policy Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at departure. We are not responsible for items left behind and cannot guarantee recovery. • Any items found and requested to be returned will incur a $20 handling fee plus the cost of shipping. • Payment is required in full prior to shipment. We will obtain a shipping quote and submit a payment request. Items will be shipped only after payment has been received. • Items will be held for up to 14 days from the date of departure. After this time, items may be discarded or donated. • We are not liable for items that are left behind and are unable to be located.
