• Check-in Process: Access codes for the electronic door lock are sent via email on the day of arrival. Guests must stop by the front office upon arrival to provide vehicle make, model, and license plate numbers to receive parking passes.
• Cancellation: 95% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refund for cancellations within 30 days.
