Discover the ultimate sanctuary at The Falling Leaves, a design-forward architectural estate tucked into ten private acres of wilderness in Austin, Texas. This one-of-a-kind retreat blends floor-to-ceiling glass with expansive natural views, creating a space where design rises organically from the land itself. Wander the grounds to discover hidden creeks, fossilized stone, and seasonal waterfalls in a setting designed for those looking to slow down and reconnect.
The estate consists of three sculptural dwellings with curved rooflines that mirror the terrain, providing a grounding and immersive experience inspired by the elements of air, earth, fire, and water. The layout includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements are split between the Main House, which features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a queen Murphy bed. The Pool House offers a fourth bedroom equipped with a queen Murphy bed and a queen sleeper, also with an ensuite bath.
Thoughtfully curated amenities support both rest and play:
Located in the hills of West Lake, this retreat offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful escape just 10 minutes from downtown Austin. Guests are minutes away from foodie favorites like Tacodeli and Sway Thai, and within 3 miles of Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail. Culture and music are equally accessible, with the ZACH Theatre and ACL Live nearby.
