The property is configured with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The accommodations are split into distinct, curated spaces:

• Suite 1: A 431-square foot retreat featuring two living areas, open original ceilings, a custom king bed with luxury sheets, and a large kitchenette with a 2-burner induction stove.
• Suite 2: A light-bathed 355-square foot space with a one-of-a-kind built-in sofa, a plush queen bed, and eclectic decor.
• Room 3: An artful 297-square foot studio with space-age and psychedelic touches, a custom desk for remote work, and thick adobe walls for a quiet retreat.
• Room 4: A curated 307-square foot West Texas studio featuring a vintage leather chair, a plush queen bed, and a custom workspace.
• Suite 5 (Miguel’s Auto Garage): An industrial gem and stand-alone 630-square foot loft. This space features a lofted bedroom, a private patio with a fire pit for stargazing, and a meticulously designed kitchen.

Guests have access to shared outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, including a courtyard with a beautiful fountain, an al fresco dining area, and a large outdoor fireplace.

Marfa is located in the high desert of West Texas, known for its vibrant arts scene, eclectic vibe, and unique cultural charm. The town's compact size makes walking and biking convenient for exploring local businesses and attending music festivals.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out will result in an additional night charge)
• Policies: Minimum booking age is 25. No smoking of any kind ($350 fine). No parties or events without an agreement. Location release required for filming/photoshoots.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 10 AM per city ordinance.
• Pets: Dog-friendly (maximum one dog; no cats). A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. Dogs must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture.
