According to the property configuration, the retreat offers 9 bedrooms with 9 beds and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. This layout ensures a balanced mix of privacy and shared experiences for your group.

At the heart of the property is The Gathering Room, a dedicated common area perfect for socializing. This space includes a bar seating area, a bathroom, and a streaming TV for entertainment. Each of the individual villas is also equipped with its own streaming TV to ensure everyone stays connected.

While the property is a peaceful sanctuary, adventure is right outside your door. The surrounding area provides tons of hiking and biking opportunities for those looking to explore the Colorado wilderness. If you are craving local flavor or retail therapy, Salida is just a short 25-minute drive away, offering a variety of shopping and restaurants.

To ensure a seamless stay, the home comes vacation-ready with fully appointed kitchens, towels, and linens. The hosts provide essential starters including hand and dish soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters, and laundry detergent; however, guests should bring their own personal toiletries.
