Cancellations or date changes are not permitted within 30 days of arrival and will result in a penalty or forfeiture of the reservation amount. For stays of 30+ nights, this window increases to 60 days. A 10% discount is automatically applied for stays of 7+ nights, excluding Christmas and New Year's.
