The interior is thoughtfully arranged across 1,350 sq. ft. of living space to accommodate up to six guests. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom provides two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request. A second bathroom is conveniently located across the hall to serve the remaining guests.

Designed for relaxation and gathering, the home features a spacious living room centered around the warm glow of a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen that inspires culinary creativity. Guests can step onto the private balcony to soak in the incredible mountain scenery. While the structured amenities are managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association, guests enjoy access to the complex's swimming pool and hot tub.

Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, the property is just a short walk from nearby shops and restaurants. For effortless exploration, a free shuttle service is available around town, including a quick five-minute ride to the grocery store. The on-site Edge Restaurant and Bar is available for dinner during the peak season.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Parking is available across the road; it is free during the summer and subject to a daily fee during the winter season from Thanksgiving through Snowmass Mountain Closing Day. Professional support is provided by the friendly front desk and bell staff, who offer complimentary Aspen/Snowmass Airport pickup and local village transport.
