• We require a signed contract for all bookings.
• We require a security deposit for all bookings.
• We require a copy of a valid government ID.
• The name on the reservation and on the payment information is to be the same name and match.
• The maximum number of guests is limited to twenty-two (22) persons.
• Any outdoor activity must cease from 10 pm to 7 am (this is a Crested Butte ordinance).
• Shoes are NOT to be worn in the home.
• No smoking inside the home; including all tobacco and marijuana products.
• Keep all food and drink in the kitchen, dining and outdoor areas.
• No pets are allowed in or on the property unless written authorization is given prior to arrival. In this case, up to two (2) dogs are allowed, but a $250.00+tax Pet Fee is required.
• Do not remove or rearrange the furniture.
• Keep the garage door shut at all times.
• Keep the exterior doors dead-bolted. They may swing open if left unlocked.
• Shoes are not to be worn in the home and all shoes and/or boots with snow, water, mud, etc. should be stored, off the hardwood floors, in the laundry room area only.
• No smoking inside the home; including all tobacco and marijuana products (you may smoke tobacco outside).
• Keep all food and drink in the kitchen and dining areas.
• No pets are allowed in or on the property unless written authorization is given prior to arrival.
• Do not remove or rearrange the furniture.
• Do not adjust the thermostats. They should stay set at 60 degrees during the summer and 70 during the winter. Feel free to call us if there's a problem with the temperature.
• Please be warned that children of all ages can fall and get hurt on bunk beds. Use caution and read warning labels.
• The spa heat and jets should only be turned on 10 minutes before use and turned off immediately after using it.
• No diving or jumping into the spa.
• There is a creek that runs at the edge of the backyard (not on our property). Please stay away from it. The creek can be deep, swift, and dangerous.
• Please enter/exit the home through the main house and not the exterior door near the garages.
• All recreational equipment such as but not limited to skis, snowboards, bicycles, etc. are not allowed in the home and should be stored in the garage, with the exception of ski/snowboard boots which may be stored in the laundry room.
• All vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, off-road vehicles shall be kept in the driveway and NOT left on the roads or cul-de-sacs at any time (the HOA will fine you if you park on the street).

SPA GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES ADDENDUM

SUPERVISION IS THE KEY TO PREVENT DROWNINGS! Never leave children unsupervised in the spa or inside the spa area, NOT EVEN FOR A SECOND!

Inform guests to your home of the importance of closely watching children around water. At parties, make sure someone is always watching the children around the spa. Do not count on barriers to keep children from reaching the spa. NO BARRIER IS FOOLPROOF! Barriers only slow a child's access to the spa.

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY - ACT IMMEDIATELY SHOUT for help. PULL the child out of the water. TAKE the child to the phone and DIAL 911 (or the local emergency number) for help. CHECK airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately. CPR can save lives and prevent serious injury.

OTHER SMART TIPS TO PROTECT CHILDREN AROUND WATER DO NOT Under no circumstances should the self-closing doors to the rear yard be modified or disabled. These are designed to self-close as a safety measure but are not foolproof. Do not keep toys, tricycles or other play things in the spa area. Remove items that a child could use to climb the barrier. Do not be distracted by phone calls, doorbells or chores while children are in the spa. Your full attention should be on the children. Do not rely on swimming lessons or "floaties" to protect your children. Do not prop gates open.

DO Do attend a CPR class. All family members and babysitters should know CPR. For the nearest class, contact your local fire department. Do post 911 (or the local emergency number) on all phones. Do learn water rescue. Keep lifesaving equipment mounted near the spa, especially if you cannot swim. Do lock passageways (such as pet doors) leading to the spa. Do inspect latches and gates regularly. Keep them in working order. Do set a good example. Insist on safety around the spa.
