The property is thoughtfully designed with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 9 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 16 adult guests. The layout is split between two primary areas for maximum privacy. The main building hosts four distinct suites: two Garden Ground Level queen studios, a Penthouse Apartment featuring a queen bedroom and sofa bed for four adults, and a second Penthouse Apartment with a queen bedroom. Beyond the main building, accessible by car through a separate gate or via connecting stairs, are the three exclusive Desecheo Suites, each featuring a queen studio and its own private plunge pool.

Every suite is designed for independence, featuring its own separate entrance and private bathroom. Guests will enjoy the convenience of kitchenettes equipped with microwaves, coffee makers, and dining essentials, while a fully equipped kitchen is available in Penthouse II for larger meal preparations.

Outdoor living is the heart of this estate. Experience the ultimate in serenity at the ocean-view infinity pool, sun deck, and various lounging and seating areas. An outdoor cascade shower and additional outdoor bathrooms add to the resort-like ambiance. Parking is ample, with four spaces at the OLV gate, six at the Desecheo Suites gate, and additional parking available in an outside lot.

Located in a rural residential area, the property is a true hilltop escape. While the entrance is steep and the roads are narrow, a 4x4 vehicle is not required to reach this peak. Guests should embrace the sounds of nature and the peacefulness of the surrounding mountains.
