Welcome - We are delighted you chose to stay in our “Stowe home.”

This is a private family home. We ask that you treat it as you would your own; should something break or be stained, please advise the Rental Company. We know “things happen”, but we want you back! Thanks!

•. This is an outside shoe & equipment-free home; leave outdoor shoes, ski boots, etc., in the mud room & skis, poles & snowboards in the garage.

Check Out 10 am / Check in 4 pm

• No ski boots in the house. They damage the wood floors. You will be charged for any divets or repairs due to this.
  

• No Smoking in the cabin or garage.

• Pets are allowed, and we want them to enjoy the space, but please keep them off the furniture and pick up after them. Any damage due to dogs will be charged.

• It is important to keep the garage door closed at all times; this is a heated space with water pipes that can freeze. If they freeze it can cause very costly damage and will be charged accordingly.

• Don’t move any furniture from room to room or move deck furniture in or out of the cabin

• Max 3 cars: 1 in garage & 2 outside garage *note two large SUV's will not fit in driveway. ; Please do not park on the road or in neighbors driveways.

• Hot tub cover & straps must be replaced after every use. The cover can blow off, damaging the unit.

• Recycle trash cans under the sink for plastic, glass, tin, paper, and clean food containers. Main cans in the garage

• Please let the Rental Company know if you need anything or if issues arise, for example: Remote control issues, batteries, light bulbs, broken items, etc.

• For medical or police emergencies, dial 911
