Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM via smart lockbox
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy: Maximum 13 guests (including infants) per fire code
• Pets: Dogs are welcome ($150 + tax for the first dog, $50 + tax for each additional). Cats are not permitted. Dogs must stay leashed outdoors.
• Vehicle: A vehicle is required; AWD or 4WD is highly recommended due to the rural country road.
• Fireplaces: The living room fireplace is available (ensure flue is drafting); the upstairs bedroom fireplace must NOT be used.
• Parking: Garage parking is available, but doors must remain shut to deter wildlife.
• Restrictions: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home. Swimming is not permitted in the pond.
• Rural Note: Guests may encounter wildlife (bears, coyotes, etc.) and may experience power or internet outages during inclement weather.
