Terms and Conditions A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. Please be aware the mini golf is an outside space, therefore there can be Florida wildlife & insects such as ants, "no-see-um" midges, anole & gecko lizards and frogs that is present in all Florida outside spaces and therefore cannot be avoided. The lizards are harmless to humans and help control insect populations. Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home. The neighborhood Homeowners Association strictly enforce this rule. Cars parked on the street will be towed and the owners and the authorities will be called if there are obvious signs of a party or over occupancy. Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 20 adults. This home sleeps 12 adults, the rest are bedrooms for designed for children 16 and under. This home does not provide access to a garage. Tax is not included in nightly rates There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Florida Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled. The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. RVs, trailers, or boats are not allowed on the property. Also no additional appliances, such as fridge/freezers or grills and turkey fryers are allowed. Max of 5 cars per address. Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
