Practical Information: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM via noise-monitoring technology. The home is entirely non-smoking (including e-cigarettes), though smoking is permitted on the outdoor deck. Please note that dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. An optional $195 hot tub setup fee applies from mid-March to mid-December. For safety, a security camera monitors the driveway 24/7. The minimum rental age is 25, and a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Due to unpredictable winter weather, all-wheel drive and winter tires are highly recommended.
