Designed for large groups, the home features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The unique and comfortable bedrooms each feature at least one king or queen-sized bed, and four of these rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a crib. For added accessibility, the home includes an elder-friendly bathroom equipped with handicap rails and a seated shower.

Gathering and dining are at the heart of this home. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a 48" Thermadore range with six gas burners, a griddle, steam oven, warming tray, and a pot filler. A big ol' kitchen table seats 20+ people, making celebratory meals a snap. The home offers six distinct gathering areas, including a first-floor seating area with a large smart TV for adults to wind down and a second-story living room with ocean and bay views where kids can hang out on multiple couches with a variety of toys and games.

Outdoor living is extraordinary here. Relax in the salt water hot tub on the rooftop deck while watching magical sunsets or fireworks on the 4th of July. The backyard is an inviting oasis with two large tables, a conversation pit, a 4-burner Weber grill, and a 36" Blackstone flat top. For beach days, the owners provide sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas in the alley, plus a significant saving with supplied beach badges.

Located in a quiet part of the island, the property is equidistant between Ship Bottom and Beach Haven. You are just 10 blocks from the LBI ACME and within walking or biking distance to local surf shops, pizzerias, and boutiques.

• Parking: Space for up to 5 vehicles on the property
• Policies: Pets are allowed. No bachelor parties or prom groups.
• Access: Guests have full access to the first and second floors; the third floor is reserved for the owners.
• July/August: Rentals are strictly Friday-to-Friday.
• Cancellations: Refunds depend on the home being rebooked at the same price for the timeline.
