This expansive property features a thoughtful layout across two primary residences, offering a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate 10 guests.

In the Main House, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, while two additional bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen-size bed with access to a shared hallway bathroom. The Guest House provides a wonderful private retreat for your party, featuring two spacious bedrooms, both with king-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms equipped with stand-alone showers.

Your stay includes exclusive access to the entire estate:

• Main House: Designed for comfort and gathering
• Guest House: A private sanctuary for additional guests
• Pool: Available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend

Located in the heart of Hudson Woods, you are just minutes away from Kerhonkson's premier dining and top breweries. The grounds invite exploration, featuring two native grass and wildflower meadows that are intentionally left unmowed to preserve their organic charm, along with an outdoor herb and vegetable garden.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (A fee of $50 per 30-minute increment applies for late departures)
• Vehicles: Maximum of 6 guest vehicles; commercial vehicles are prohibited
• Winter Travel: A 4WD vehicle with snow tires is highly recommended for safe access during winter months
• House Rules: No pets allowed. A strict noise ordinance is enforced by the local HOA after 10:00 PM; all outdoor spaces must be vacated by this time and indoor noise kept to a minimum.

Please note that the outdoor kitchen in the pool house is currently undergoing updates and is not usable at this time.
