About Property

Discover a sanctuary where you feel instantly at ease at Oneida Lodge North (OLN), a luxury retreat located at ArrowHead Pointe on the shores of Otsego Lake in Cooperstown, New York. Combining rugged and distinctive architectural lines with a straightforward interior design, this lodge offers a level of comfort and luxury not found elsewhere in the area.

The lodge features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The Upper Level hosts two welcoming bedrooms—one king and one queen—both featuring walk-in closets and lake-view balconies. The Lake Level contains two beautifully furnished queen bedroom suites, one with a marble-walled bathroom and the other with a granite bathroom, both boasting polished pebble floors. A pullout queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress is located in the Family Room for additional guests.

At the heart of this 3,200 square foot lodge is a masterfully designed, 3-story log staircase that winds around an ancient white pine tree, rising 42 feet toward electronically controlled skylights. The Main Level features a wide-open floor plan and a chef's kitchen custom-built by a local Amish cabinetmaker using character cherry wood, maple details, and copper sinks. The Great Room includes a wood-burning fireplace and a solid slab mahogany dining table framed by 15-foot walls of glass. For relaxation, guests can enjoy a spa-like bathroom with a deep, jetted soaking tub and adjustable body sprays.

Located within the ArrowHead Pointe enclave, the property is situated on the region's most sought-after lake. Guests have access to a stunning 2-story log Boathouse featuring authentic folk art, three fireplaces, and a birch bark bar. The outdoor landscape is mature and lush, featuring a gazebo constructed in British Columbia and a beachfront perfect for fishing, swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and skiing.
