Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be coordinated ahead of time for a fee of $150 (or $125 depending on booking channel). Seasonal pool heating can be added for a daily fee if requested for the entire stay.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pet Friendly: Dogs are welcome for a non-refundable $100 fee per pet (waived for certified service dogs).
• No Parties: This is not a party house; it is not available for weddings, receptions, or large events.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside (minimum $250 fine); permitted outside at least 10 feet from doors.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM must be respected per City of Folly Beach Ordinance.
• Restrictions: Firearms are strictly prohibited. Use only painter's tape for decorations to avoid a $500 repainting fee.
