Units A, B, and C are identical two-story residences featuring spiral stairs, each with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Units D, E, and F are identical one-story residences, each offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are generous, with Unit A, B, and C each featuring two Queen beds. Units D, E, and F each provide two King beds. For additional flexibility, a Queen air mattress with bedding is available upon request.

Please note that because the home is located on King Street and possesses a historic character, street and city noise can be expected; white-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort. This is not a party space, and guests must be 21 years or older to rent. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is available Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) at the main office, with third-party options recommended for weekends.
