Nestled side-by-side on a quiet residential street, these new construction homes allow your group to stay close while enjoying the privacy of individual living spaces.

The complex consists of three distinct homes. Two identical properties, Pelican Perch and Osprey Nest, each feature 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. These larger homes are equipped with elevators servicing all three interior levels and the rooftop decks to ensure accessibility for all guests. The third home, Dolphin Tail, is a cozy middle residence with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In total, the oasis provides 16 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 41 guests.

Each home is designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation:

Pelican Perch and Osprey Nest feature a first floor with two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, one with two full beds), a shared full bathroom with direct pool access, and laundry. The second floor hosts four king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and additional laundry. The third floor is the heart of the home, containing the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a half bath. The rooftop experience includes a gas grill, mini fridge, sink, corn hole, and ample outdoor seating. The backyard is a private paradise with a heated pool, outdoor dining, corn hole, and a ping pong table.

Dolphin Tail offers a first-floor converted garage living area with a TV, mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave, alongside a king and twin bedroom with an ensuite bath and laundry. The second floor includes a king bedroom with an ensuite, two queen bedrooms, and a hall bath. The third floor features the main living area with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a balcony overlooking Salt Run. Its backyard is equally impressive, featuring a pool, fire pit, pergola with outdoor dining, corn hole, and an outdoor shower.

Location & Neighborhood This oasis is located on a quiet residential street in St. Augustine, Florida, providing a serene atmosphere for large groups while remaining accessible to the city's attractions. The properties offer scenic views, particularly from the balcony of Dolphin Tail which overlooks Salt Run.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay

• Events: Small events are welcome with prior approval and payment of an event fee
• Pool Note: Pools are heated seasonally
• Hurricane Season: June 1–November 30. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Standard cancellation policies apply unless the property is directly impacted by mandatory evacuations or extended power outages.
