Unit A (Downstairs): Two bedrooms including one queen bed and two twin beds, with one bathroom. Unit B (Downstairs): Two bedrooms including one queen bed and two twin beds, with one bathroom. Unit C (Upstairs): Three bedrooms featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and one twin-over-full bunk, with two bathrooms.

Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the garage on the left side, which is utilized by management for laundry and storage for neighboring homes.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed; one dog is welcome per unit (3 max total) for a fee of $150 each. Please notify management of your pets upon booking.
• Hurricane Season: From June 1 to November 30, guests accept the possibility of tropical weather. Travel insurance covering weather events is strongly recommended. Standard cancellation policies apply unless the property is impacted by mandatory evacuations or extended power outages.
