The layout spans four levels of living space, including a main-level master suite with a king bed and a lavish bathroom featuring a steam shower and soaking tub. The upper level hosts two additional king bedrooms and a full bath. For additional guests, the lower levels provide a queen bedroom and a dedicated bunk room suite, which includes a queen bed in a sleeping alcove, four built-in twin bunks, a kitchenette, and its own living area.

Inside, the home evokes a cozy cabin lifestyle with a soaring real stone wood-burning fireplace, hand-hewn wood timbers, and towering beams imported from British Columbia. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and rainforest granite countertops. Entertainment is a standout feature, with a large game room boasting a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and a custom rustic poker table.

Outdoor living is equally impressive with an expansive covered deck featuring a grand stone fireplace, outdoor bar, custom picnic table, and rocking chairs. Guests can unwind in the Tiger River Spas hot tub or enjoy a mountain cookout using the built-in grill.

Located just minutes from the boutiques and restaurants of Banner Elk, the lodge is perfectly positioned for adventure. Guests are approximately 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain Resort and 15 minutes from Beech Mountain Resort. The property also provides access to Eagles Nest community amenities, including hiking trails, a mini-golf course, tennis courts, a dog park, and the Eagles Nest Winery (day passes available).
