🏠 House Rules – Please Read Before Your Stay We're thrilled to host you! To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below:

📝 General Guidelines Primary renter must be 25+ years old.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay. Please provide the names and ages of all guests at the time of booking.

No large parties or events. This is a peaceful neighborhood and we respect our neighbors. Entryway cameras are in place for security.

Violation of occupancy limits or house rules may result in immediate termination without refund.

Guests release and hold harmless LiveRight Vacations and the homeowner from any liability, loss, or injury during your stay, including use of the pool or bicycles.

🐾 Pets Pets are only allowed at homes that are marked pet-friendly.

Please confirm pet approval prior to booking.

🚭 Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Thank you for keeping it fresh for all guests.

🚗 Parking Maximum of 3 vehicles per stay. Please use the driveway and respect community rules.

🗑 Trash & Recycling Trash pickup: Tuesdays & Fridays

Recycling: Fridays only

Please ensure all garbage and recycling fits inside the provided bins. Excessive trash removal may result in a $250 fee.

🌡 Air Conditioning Keep thermostat between 74°–78°F

Do not set below 72°F, as this may cause the system to freeze and shut down. Guests are responsible for technician fees if this occurs.

Keep all windows and doors fully closed when A/C is running.

💧 Garbage Disposal Please do not place the following in the disposal:

Tea bags, rice, bones, paper, egg shells, banana/carrot peels, or utensils.

🏊 Pool & Spa Use Use at your own risk. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.

No diving, running, or glass in or around the pool/spa area.

Shower before entering the pool or spa.

Pool heat ($40 fee/ day if applicable): Set to 85°F in cooler months (heating fee of $40/day may apply).

Spa heat takes approx. 30–60 mins to warm up. Please turn it off after use (leave filter pump running).

Do not exceed 88°F for pools or 104°F for spas if your home has an interior control panel.

Pool temperature may vary with weather—heat is not guaranteed.

🔒 Check-Out Procedures Check-out is at 10:00 AM

Please leave the home in similar condition as arrival.

Be sure to lock all doors and gates before departure.
