Hi All! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety and protection of the property.

1. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior, NO Fireworks!
4. Renters will respect and follow all Rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
6. If you have not been given approval for a late checkout there will be a penalty fee of $100 starting during the first half hour and $100/hr after that.
7. We love your furry friends! A fee of $200 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
8. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is caused with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to a discount or refund of said guest.
9. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
10. Swim/soak at your own risk in the pool or hot tub. The electric cover does a great job of keeping the heat in allowing us to have the pool open longer but we do have to close it over the Winter season Nov 1st - May 1st.
11. The homeowner and property managers are not responsible for any accidents that may occur on or around the property including the pool, hot tub, and driveway.
12. Fireworks and guns are not permitted on the property.
13. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
