About Property

Discover the ultimate family getaway at Bear's Den Haven, a luxury custom home nestled in the exclusive Bears Den neighborhood within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Perfectly positioned just 6 miles from the gates of Disney, this fabulous estate is designed to be the highlight of any holiday, blending a stylish, picture-worthy aesthetic with unparalleled entertainment for all ages.

This expansive residence is configured to accommodate up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for comfort: the ground floor features two king-sized suites and an additional king-sized bedroom with an adjacent shared family bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find a fourth king-sized suite, alongside two uniquely themed retreats—a superhero-themed bedroom and a candy-themed bedroom—each equipped with two sets of bunk beds (four twins per room) and their own connecting bathrooms.

The heart of the home is an open living area featuring a leather sectional and a feature fireplace, overlooking the outdoor oasis. For dining, the fully equipped kitchen offers a four-seat breakfast bar and a large table seating twelve. Entertainment is woven into every corner, especially in the second-floor loft, which boasts a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a home theater with a large flat-screen TV. A dedicated video game-themed games room is packed with arcade classics, including Batman, Alpha Racer, Fast & Furious Drift racing, Skeetball, Absolute Dance, and Tabletop Pac-Man.

Step outside to a private paradise featuring a swimming pool, spillover spa, a fire pit, and a summer kitchen with a built-in BBQ grill. A truly unique addition is the massive private "Putt Putt" mini golf course (75 x 42 ft), newly updated in 2026. Additional home highlights include a private gym, a full-size washer and dryer, and essential children's equipment such as a pack n play, high chair, and stroller.
