Our homes are in resort communities who do their utmost to ensure your security, so you and your guests have the most enjoyable stay. Therefore, most of them include roving patrol, surveillance cameras and gated access to communities. These policies and restrictions are put in place to protect the homeowners, properties, and guests. Please read the below and initial each requirement to show your commitment to a safe environment. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of the booking form including the online version you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival; check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure for all homes. Failure to depart on time may result in additional charges.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy for this home is as stated in the listing. This is not just for overnight occupants. Guest must be at least 25 years old; an occupant of the Property; and must ensure compliance with the occupancy terms by all members of the Guest's party. Any guest violating the above will be removed without refund. By state law, occupancy of your rental home may not exceed what is posted for each rental property.
PARTIES/EVENTS: No parties, groups, gatherings, events, or other social functions are allowed. Upon a violation of this term, Guest agrees to vacate the Property, or be subject to removal by police. Guest is not entitled to a refund, partial or otherwise, if removed or ejected from property.
NOISE: The Property is a residential neighborhood. Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. All our resorts have a strict noise ordinance of 10:00pm. Compliance with Code-Enforced Neighborhood Quiet Hours of 10 PM- 8 AM is required and the Guest is responsible for any fines resulting from a violation. If non-compliant guests may be removed from the property.
POOL: Running & diving are prohibited. Children, of any age, are not allowed in the pool area without supervision. When available, safety netting & pool alarms must be used at all times and doors must be kept closed & locked. Any safety concerns, including if any equipment, pool alarms, safety netting or locks, are not working properly must be reported immediately to the Management Company. Disabling of Pool Alarms is strictly prohibited. Pool heat is an additional charge and prices vary by rental property. Pools may not heat to Guest’s desired temperature during colder weather and may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature.
PETS: We regret that pets are not permitted unless the home advertised as a "pet friendly" home and you have advised us of your intent to bring a pet, prior to your arrival. Additional fees may apply. For guests travelling with a “Service Animal” we will need you to advise us of this at the time of finalizing your reservation so that reasonable accommodations can be made. Management Company reserves the right to remove any animal for inappropriate behavior. Failure to notify us that you are bringing a pet may result in additional charges.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the homes. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee; cost will vary by property.
TOILETRIES/SUPPLIES: All homes are provided with a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; guests are then responsible for purchasing/supplying all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.
TRASH/PARKING: Every property is provided with a house information manual which will contain both general and specific information relevant to both the property and surrounding area. Attention should be given to the trash and parking requirements of the resort’s Homeowners Association you are staying in as failure to observe the rules can result in a substantial fine imposed by the resorts. Please be aware that parking of RVs, campers and trailers in the driveway of the home or anywhere in the development is not permitted by the local Homeowners Association.
DRUG USE: Drug use is prohibited in or near the property. Guests are not allowed to use the property for any immoral or unlawful purpose. Any guests who violates any law or ordinance will immediately terminate occupancy without a refund.
GRIEVANCE POLICY: Please contact us immediately with any complaints or concerns and we will do all we can within our policies and reason to accommodate you. That’s our guarantee! Guests have a duty to report any complaints and allow a reasonable time to cure.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself in the event it is necessary for you to cancel your holiday.
LIABILITY Jeeves Holiday Homes (DBA) cannot accept liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by any guest or visitor to the house, grounds or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage caused to any possessions brought onto the rental property. Without any restrictions, Jeeves Holiday Homes shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the guest’s stay in the property caused by matters beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, surrounding construction work, excessive disturbance of neighboring properties, failure of utility supplies such as water, electricity, gas or air conditioning. Although, we will make every effort to respond and minimize any disruption caused during the rental period.
