From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with treats and complimentary water, setting the stage for a relaxing stay.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 beds that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The upper level hosts two bedrooms with king-size beds and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds. A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the lower level. Every room is appointed with high-quality pillows, linens, and sheets, memory foam mattresses, and convenient nightstands with lamps. The home includes 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath; the primary bedroom features a walk-in shower, while the hall bath offers a bath/shower combo.

The heart of the home is the living area, featuring two plush sofas, a media stand with a flat screen offering free Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, and a variety of books and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking with a blender, mixer, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee pot, and an extensive supply of spices and cookware. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

The outdoor space is a true social hub, centered around a covered ground-level carport that keeps guests entertained even on rainy days. This area features a seasonal hot tub (available May 1–Oct 15), an outdoor bar, two swing beds, hammock swings, and an outdoor shower. Deck seating and a picnic table provide further space for lingering long after dinner.

Located on a quiet residential street, Salty SolMate offers exceptional walkability. A two-minute walk to the left of the driveway leads to the Bay Drive gazebo for stunning sunsets, while a turn to the right leads you one block to Hayman Park. Free beach parking at Hayman Beach is located straight across the stop sign at the end of the street. You are also just a 10-minute walk from the Front Porch Café for morning coffee.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is not a pet-friendly property. Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, parties and events are not allowed. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and undergo verification through Truvi prior to arrival. A nonrefundable Safely Protection Policy fee applies in lieu of a security deposit. For safety, exterior security cameras are located at all entry and exit points.
