This spacious suite is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one King bed in the first bedroom and one Queen bed in the second, complemented by a sofa bed in the living area for additional guests. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms featuring stand-up showers.

Inside your villa, you will find a welcoming living area equipped with a flat-screen television offering Netflix, cable/satellite, and premium movie channels. For your dining needs, there is a dedicated dining area and a kitchenette featuring a cooktop/stove, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and silverware. For added convenience, an in-room safe is provided. To make your beach trips effortless, the property provides a beach cart equipped with two beach chairs, four beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the resort is cashless. The guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit. Pets are not permitted, though service animals are welcome; bringing a pet will result in a Room Recovery Fee.

Parking and Access: Ocean Drive is currently closed to vehicles, so the property entrance is foot traffic only. There is no onsite parking. Local valet is available approximately 0.2 miles away at 1437 Collins Ave (starting at $49 + tax per night), and the closest municipal self-parking garage is at 1301 Collins Ave, about 0.1 miles away. Ride-shares may drop off at the corner of Collins Avenue and 14th Street.
