Hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th, with peak activity typically in September and October. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as our strict cancellation policy will remain in effect during this time.
• Pool Safety
We kindly ask you to be mindful of safety. Please, no diving in the pool. Swimming is welcome, but we rely on guests to provide adequate supervision for anyone swimming. Our pool is over 5 feet deep, so please ensure you’re feeling well and able to swim safely.
• Door Chimes for Safety
The sliding glass doors have chimes to alert you when they open to the patio and pool area. Please be sure to supervise any children exiting the home to avoid unsupervised access to the pool or Spa.
• Grill & Fire Pit Use
For your convenience and safety, please keep the grill and fire pit at least 10 feet away from the covered patio and use the gas safely. Be sure to turn the propane tank on and off as needed.
• Locked Doors
Some closet doors are locked. Please avoid forcing them open, as this will result in repairs and/or a $200 fee.
• Missing Remotes
Each remote is labeled to show which room it belongs to. A $50 fee will apply if a TV remote goes missing and $450 for a fan remote as these remotes are not interchangeable and required complete fam replacement.
• Towels for Makeup
We’ve provided black makeup towels for your convenience. Please use these instead of our white bath towels to avoid stains. Any stained bath towels will incur a replacement fee.
• Parking
There are 4 parking spots for compact cars available per unit. Please keep your vehicles pulled up close against the walls so that guests in the other units and still vacate the property. Parking on the street is not permitted as per city regulations.
• Contacting Us
Please keep all communications on the platform thread. In the case of an emergency call 911, tell them your emergency and they will dispatch the appropriate resources. We do not have a call center available and will not be available from 9pm-8am.
• Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates up to 10 guests. Please note, no large gatherings or parties are allowed.
• No Parties Allowed
Parties are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the forfeiture of your stay and a $3,000 fee.
• Noise Levels
Please be mindful of noise, especially between 10pm and 8am. Outdoor music and excessive noise are not allowed during these hours in accordance with city regulations.
• Evacuation Procedures
In the event of a severe storm or evacuation order, all guests must leave the property immediately and safely. Don’t hesitate to notify local authorities if you need assistance.
• HVAC Use
The house maintains a comfortable temperature when the doors remain closed. The AC can be adjusted between 70-80 degrees.
• Cleanliness & Bugs
Florida’s warm climate attracts bugs. To help us keep them at bay, please dispose of trash properly and use the provided trash bags.
• Trash Pick-Up
Trash days are Monday and Thursday evenings, and recycling is on Monday. Yard waste is picked up on Wednesday. Please set your trash and recycling out on the street the night before and bring the bins back in after pickup.
