Designed for large groups and family reunions, the residence features 7 bedrooms and 7 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests with 4 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to provide both communal spaces and private niches. On the third floor, you will find the beautiful master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath, a huge shower, and double sinks. The second floor houses three king beds and a room with bunk beds. For additional flexibility, there is a pullout queen sofa in the second-floor living area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy an all-year heated pool with a sun shelf, a large hot tub, and a brand-new covered bar and grill area equipped with a 46” gas grill and a charcoal Big Egg. The entire back area is enclosed with a high privacy fence, ensuring a serene environment. The crowning jewel is the rooftop deck, accessed via stairs, which features a natural gas fire pit, a built-in bar with a mini-fridge, and unobstructed views perfect for watching sunrises or SpaceX launches.

Inside, entertainment is plentiful with an arcade room featuring a 98” TV, a sports room for cards, and a 70’s vintage foosball table. The enormous kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with every gadget imaginable and featuring windows with views of the pier and ocean.

Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach on a no-thru road, you are within a 10-minute walk of popular spots like Café Eleven, Sunset Grille, and Mayday Handcrafted Ice Cream. The area is ideal for those who enjoy pickleball, tennis, and surfing.
