Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and pets are not allowed. Please note that the garage is occupied by the owner's vehicle and is unavailable for guest use. The rental includes a $75 per week electricity allowance, with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Additionally, the built-in BBQ is reserved for owner use; however, a standalone gas BBQ is provided for guests.
