Discover a coastal escape settled against the Narrow River in Narragansett, Rhode Island. This spacious cozy home features three stories of modern beach décor, providing ample space for a large family or a group of friends gathering for a weekend getaway or a relaxing mid-week escape to the beach.

The home is thoughtfully arranged across three levels to accommodate up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. Atop the third floor, the main bedroom serves as a private retreat with a King size bed, a private bathroom, and a TV, offering plenty of space and storage for winding down. The main floor houses two additional bedrooms: one featuring a Queen bed and another with a trundle bed (two twin beds) and a couch. The first floor offers added privacy with a full bed and a separate sitting area, including a convenient private door for entry and exit to avoid constant use of the stairs.

Located in a prime spot in Narragansett, the property is situated just ten minutes from three of the area's favorite beaches, ensuring easy access to the sand and surf.

Practical Information: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that access to the main floor (kitchen and living room) requires the use of stairs. Pets are not allowed.

To ensure a fresh experience, bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats are delivered to the doorstep in a large linen bag, with each item individually packaged in plastic. Guests are responsible for making the beds as part of the property's cleanliness process. Starter supplies are provided, including one roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a sponge, and hand soap. Guests are kindly asked to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.
