Discover the ultimate beach getaway at this gorgeous 3-story pool home in Port Orange, Florida, perfectly positioned directly across from the ocean with direct beach access. Situated across from one of the rare traffic-free beaches in the area, it is the ideal spot to bring the whole group together for a sun-soaked vacation.

This expansive residence is designed for comfort and gathering. The second level welcomes you through front double doors into a sprawling living room, featuring a built-in bar and a large flat-screen television. Step outside to a private balcony overlooking the pool and fire pit, featuring added Plexiglas railings for the safety of tiny travelers. Adjacent to the living area is a spacious, fully stocked kitchen and dining room, boasting a double oven and an abundance of counter space.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three floors to accommodate up to 11 guests:

• Second Floor: A primary suite loaded with comfort, featuring a king bed, two armoires, a Dyson fan, and a sprawling ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double vanity, oversized walk-in shower, and an oversized Jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a hybrid office/bedroom with a full bed and a computer (please note the glass door provides limited privacy).
• Third Floor: Two guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One room offers a queen and a twin bed with an oversized armoire and flat-screen TV; the second features a queen bed and partial ocean views.
• First Floor: An additional sleeping area featuring a queen bed, flat-screen television, and a furnished sitting area.

The first floor also includes a second kitchen (equipped with everything except an oven) perfect for poolside meal prep, a laundry room with full units and utility sink, and a full bathroom with a low-edge walk-in shower and an exterior entrance for easy beach access.

Outside, the gorgeous, expansive backyard is built for entertainment. The oversized pool includes a large shallow area for children and a relaxing hot tub. The outdoor space is completed by a wide deck, a grill, plenty of seating, and Adirondack chairs surrounding an open fire pit for evening s'mores.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). City restrictions prohibit trailers on-site.
• Rules: Pets are not allowed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required based on the booking platform used.
