The sleeping arrangements are a highlight, featuring three custom themed kids' rooms—including a Star Wars room with AT-AT bunk beds, a Jurassic Park room with jeep-style bunk beds, and a Frozen room with a light-up castle. For the adults, the home offers nine additional luxe suites, including five King suites and four Queen suites, most of which are ensuite and equipped with Smart TVs.

Entertainment is woven into every corner of the home. Guests can challenge each other to a game in the superhero-themed games room featuring a billiards table or practice their short game on the indoor putting green. For movie lovers, there is a private in-home cinema complete with a projector and a starlit ceiling. Outdoors, you can soak up the Florida sun on a screened-in patio featuring a private swimming pool, a spill-over Jacuzzi hot tub, poolside loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill.
