• Booking Rules: This villa rents Saturday to Saturday only during summer months. A three-night minimum is required during the off-season, subject to a cleaning fee.

Additional Access: Seabrook Island Club Access is available for an additional fee ($55/day or $315/week), providing entry to The Beach Club (seasonal, mid-March to October), golf, racquet sports, and club dining. Guests also have access to The Lake House Fitness Center, where the unheated outdoor pool is free. An indoor fitness pool and gym are available at The Lake House for $15/day, with fitness classes available for an extra fee.
