Designed for larger groups who value both togetherness and individual privacy, this residence features 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors. On the first floor, guests will find a Master Ensuite with a bath and shower combo. The second floor offers a second Master Suite with a step-in shower, a King Ensuite with a tub, and another King bedroom featuring a spooky mansion theme. The children will be delighted by the galactic space-themed and princess castle-themed bedrooms, both enhanced with LED lighting and equipped with full/twin bunk beds. Additionally, two Queen bedrooms connect to the kids' rooms via convenient Jack and Jill bathrooms. Every bedroom includes its own wall-mounted TV.

For entertainment, the home boasts an air-conditioned movie and game room featuring dimmable LED lighting, a 75" wall-mounted TV, air hockey, a pool table, and a multi-arcade. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed Tax is not included in nightly rates There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled. Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home. The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Emerald Island Resort requires one (1) Resort Access Fee per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 per vehicle plus applicable tax ($21.40). This Fee is Non-Refundable.There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made. Emerald Island Resort requires a $10.00 Fee per property, regardless of whether there is a vehicle. A Gate Pass costs $10.00 per vehicle, provided it is registered before the day of arrival. If the Guest does not register before the day of arrival the cost is $20.00 per vehicle. (the maximum is 6 vehicles per property/stay dates.)
