All guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement provided by Vacation Rentals Cape Coral prior to your arrival that goes over the dos and don’ts for your stay. Please keep an eye on your inbox or spam folder for this, as it’s an important step in the booking process.

A refundable security deposit is required and will be charged to the card on file approximately 2 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be released after your departure, provided no damages or additional charges (such as electricity usage, extra guests, or other applicable fees) are incurred during your stay.

Electricity consumption is charged at a rate of $0.19 per kWh with most households averaging about 500 kWh per week with moderate pool heater and A/C usage. We charge for electricity because that means we can offer you lower nightly rates as well as minimize the wear and tear on our equipment – it’s a win-win for everyone.

Any energy consumption fees will be taken care of after your stay via your security deposit or a separate invoice if applicable.

We understand that most travel days are rough and because of this, we provide some essentials for a smooth check-in experience. Along with a few cold drinks, you’ll find your home ready to go with enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher tabs to get you through your first couple days.
