The interior boasts an open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living room, all featuring vast windows that frame stunning lake views.

• Locally roasted pour-over coffee, teas, and hot chocolate

Nestled in the woods and mountains, the property is surrounded by "world-class" hiking and views. Guests have access to a private deck over Lake Sutherland, perfect for swimming and fishing. Please be aware that the cabin is located down 40 steps of imperfect stairs and is not handicap accessible or suitable for those with mobility limitations. Access is via a narrow, slightly steep private dirt road; while all-wheel drive is not required, the drive can be intimidating for those with large vehicles and requires a 5-point turnaround or reversing uphill to exit.

• Parking: Limited to ONE vehicle only; RVs and trailers are strictly prohibited
• Occupancy: No more than 4 registered guests; no events or parties
• Restrictions: No smoking, fireworks, or discharge of firearms
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
• House Care: Do not move furniture or decor; do not leave food or trash outside to avoid attracting wildlife
• Plumbing: The septic system is delicate. Only flush human waste and the provided 1-ply toilet paper. No food disposal in the sink. Septic clogs may result in a charge of $1,000 or more and loss of security deposit
• Pets: Not allowed
