Guests will love the attention to detail in the recent remodel, which includes all new furniture and soft linens in the bedrooms.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in the ocean breeze. This space features a new gas fireplace for cozy evenings and a large TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary need, boasting modern appliances including an Air Fryer and a Ninja XL DuelBrew Coffee Maker, complemented by a dining area that seats six. Important Notices: Sand & Sea is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may encounter daytime construction noise and visible activity. Due to this project, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available. From Monday to Friday, guests may not enter through the front entrance before 4 PM.

Parking updates: Starting June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for those with valid handicap placards; all other guests must use the lot across from the resort.
