Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping—is strictly prohibited inside the unit and everywhere on the property; violations result in a $250 fine. This home is not pet friendly, and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. Commercial activity, including filming, is not permitted. A damage waiver is included with your reservation for accidental damage reported before checkout. Please note that there is no AC, though the large windows invite the ocean breeze.

Important Building Notice: The Sand and Sea is undergoing essential exterior structural repairs from January through October (anticipated completion by 1/31/27, with a pause from 7/1/26 to 9/8/26). Guests may experience visible construction activity and daytime noise. Additionally, from June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for guests with valid handicap placards; all others must use the lot across from the resort.
