Located in the heart of Seaside, you are just a 5-minute walk from the dining, shopping, and entertainment of Broadway Street and the Seaside Carousel. The Seaside Aquarium and Convention Center are both within a 9-minute walk, and the end of the Lewis & Clark Trail is just a 4-minute stroll down the Promenade. Exploring further, Cannon Beach is only 9 miles away, while Astoria and Fort Steven's are within 17 miles.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. This home is not pet friendly (unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine). Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, with violations incurring a $250 fine. Commercial filming is not permitted. Please note the property does not have AC; however, floor-to-ceiling windows let in the ocean breeze and portable fans are available at the front desk.

Important Construction Notice: Sand & Sea is undergoing exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction activity. During this time, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available. From Monday to Friday, guests may not enter through the front entrance before 4 PM. Additionally, from June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation; covered garage parking is reserved exclusively for those with valid handicap placards, while all other guests must use the lot across from the resort.
