1. This is a family friendly property. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers. Meaning if you book for 9 people you cannot have more than 9 at the house at all times. Our maximum number is 9 guests.
2. No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. You will be required to notify us of any additional guests for approval.
3. No house parties, weddings, receptions or events are allowed at the home. If there is a party in the property (as further evidence by a noise complaint, security report or by excessive amounts of trash or destruction) the guest will be charged for a deep clean on top of your already paid cleaning fee starting at additional $500, replacement of damaged items and property, plus future rental revenue loss and any additional charges necessary to return the home to a rentable state.
4. Damage, trash and cleaning: Any damage, excessive cleaning, excessive trash, incidental charges such as added housekeeping may result in additional charges, at the sole discretion of the cleaner.
5. Trash must be taken out everyday or prior to check out.
6. Dishes are to go in the dishwasher and be started/cleaned upon check out. Clean kitchen items are to be put back where they were found.
7. Check-In time is 4:00PM (unless otherwise approved in writing before arrival)
8. Check-Out time is 10:00AM (unless otherwise approved in writing). No late check-out will be granted if another guest is checking in on the same day or during peak season (January to April).
9. The guest that made the reservation is solely responsible for ALL GUESTS staying in the home.
10. If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
11. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.

Pool Rules: A) All persons swim at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. B) No glass or breakable containers near the pool. C) Any broken pool equipment found upon check out will be guests responsibility. D) Do not leave children unattended in the pool area. E) Do not take the equipment out of the pool. If any equipment is taken out and causes any issues with the pool pump, guests will be required to pay for damages.
