The base rate includes the main Zischke House with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests: a primary suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in closet, plus two additional bedrooms each with queen beds. Access to The Iceberg (adding 1 king bed) and Artist Loft (adding 1 king bed) is available for larger groups with additional fees based on guest count.

The main Zischke House serves as the heart of the property, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas filled with original artwork and sculptural lighting. The Iceberg stands as a bold, modern structure with geometric design, offering an open layout, private soaking tub, and direct pool access. The Artist Loft overlooks the gardens with panoramic views, featuring a king bed, soaking tub within the living space, and private deck access.
