A fully refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. Management reserves the right to evaluate reservations made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and same-day bookings. The property features exterior security cameras and noise monitoring systems per city ordinance. Maximum occupancy is limited to six adults and their related dependent children per city regulations.
