The property enforces Scottsdale's noise ordinances and prohibits non-residential uses including events, parties, and commercial activities. Additional verification is required for bookings within 72 hours of arrival and for local Arizona residents. Pool heating is available for $200 per day with a 3-day minimum, and guests over 14 incur an additional fee of $100 per person per night.
