Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. A damage deposit hold (ranging from $200 to $300 per source) will be placed on the guest's credit card. Pets, ESAs, smoking, and parties are strictly prohibited. Booking includes the resort fee and parking for up to two vehicles.
